With a focus on practical execution, Gus and his team design skill models, leadership assessments, change journeys, and development programs that help organizations strengthen leadership capability, improve engagement and retention, and unlock innovation.

Gus brings both academic depth and hands-on experience to his work. He holds a PhD in Education and an MBA, and has designed and taught graduate-level courses on change management at American University and instructional design at Penn State. His work has supported global organizations including Johnson & Johnson, AIG, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Motiva, Keenova, Serb, Fresenius, and Paratek in advancing their talent and leadership strategies.
